Hola estoy estudiando del curso de cesar cancino PHP POO al final del tutorial 11, habla sobre el .htaccess, pero en cuanto pongo ese archivo en la carpeta raiz y intento verlo en el browser me aparece el siguiente error :

En cuanto saco el .htacces de la carpeta raiz, puedo ver el blog, pero en cuanto clickeo el boton "leer mas" me aparece el siguiente error:
Not Found
The requested URL /poo/tut11/VideoTutorial-15-del-Curso-de-PHP-POOp7.html was not found on this server.
El URL esta bien, aparece: http://localhost/poo...-PHP-POOp7.html
Estoy utilizando el wampserver 2.4
