Hello Delphi Community,
During the last 3 months we have been working in an important project, which will help Delphi Developers to improve their skills and be recognized in the market. I’m talking about the Delphi CertificationProgram.
The program will start with two certification levels:
At this moment we are opening the beta tester for the Master Certification, our goal is to validate the “Delphi Master” certification test.
- Developer – The Delphi XE Developer Certification tests you on the fundamentals of the Delphi Language as well as the fundamentals of Database access in Delphi. The test is designed to demonstrate basic competence in using Delphi.
- Master – The Delphi XE Master Certification truly demonstrates your mastery of Delphi. You will be tested on complex Delphi programming techniques, component development, and other advanced topics.
We request 2 years experience in software development with Delphi and be familiar with the improvements in Delphi since version 7, in order to be qualified to participate in this beta program.

The goal of the validation phases is not to pass/fail you. The goal here is to weed out any bad and questionable questions. This means that if close to all of you fail a question – it’s bad by definition.
